At Siemens he’s responsible for effective management of sales structures in dynamically changing market conditions, as well as for successful maintaining of a leader position among control systems suppliers on the industrial market.

He specialises in automation of industrial processes and distributed control systems, as well as in industrial digitization. He also deals with issues such as the Internet of Things, virtualization in industrial processes and multidimensional analysis of industrial markets in various sectors. His area of competence also includes issues of creating distributed sales structures on the B2B market, as well as motivating sales teams.

He is a graduate in the field of Automatic Control and Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics and Electronics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and at the Faculty of Electronics at the Wrocław University of Technology. He also completed post-graduate studies under the license of Die Akademie für Führungskräfte der Wirtschaft, Bad Harzburg at the University of Economics in Katowice, in the field of Project management in industry. He is in the process of doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Collegium of Management and Finance.
