At PGB, he is responsible for strategy, transformation and margin optimization. Key responsibilities include setting strategic goals, long-term planning, driving company performance, operating model creation, and executing strategic agenda by implementing transformational and digital programs and technology innovations.
Prior to joining PGB, TotalEnergies worked at companies such as Monitor Deloitte and Accenture, where he executed strategy, M&A and management projects for clients in various sectors. He started his career at British American Tobacco in finance, where he worked in revenue management, variable costs and controlling.
He has attended executive courses at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and Northwestern University and holds a CIMA certification. He earned a master's degree in global business, finance and management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, writing his thesis under the supervision of Leszek Balcerowicz.
