He is a co-creator of the Lubawa group's success, having played a pivotal role in developing its growth strategy. His career is marked by significant contributions to the defense and industrial sectors, including his membership in the Convention of the Land Forces Academy, the Greater Poland Regional Council for the Industry of the Future, and steering committees for numerous scientific and technical centers. An innovator and leader, Kubica initiated the Humanitarian Expo and the Contemporary Camouflage Conditions conference, underscoring his commitment to advancing industry knowledge and capabilities.
