Jacek Tomkiewicz
Position: Member of the Fiscal Council, Dean of the College of Finance and Economics, Kozminski University
Associate professor in economics, Dean of the College of Finance and Economics at Kozminski University. He has been a member of the Fiscal Council since January 1, 2026.
A lecturer with many years of experience, he teaches graduate, postgraduate (including MBA), and doctoral programs, and is also a visiting professor at several European universities. He has held research fellowships at international institutions, including Stanford University in the USA, Columbia University in the USA, Harvard University in the USA, and the OECD in Paris.
He is the author of publications and expert opinions in managerial economics, macroeconomics, and public finance, prepared for the Ministry of Finance, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the National Bank of Poland, and commercial companies, among others. In 2002–2003, he served as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance.
