Position: Member of the Board, Sales Development and Marketing Director
Associated with the Górażdże Group for over 15 years. He started his professional career in sales structures, performing, among others, the position of the head of the sales region. In the years 2003-2008 he was a sales consultant on behalf of the HeidelbergCement Group in Ukraine, responsible for building the sales team and sales processes. He performed a similar role in 2011-2012 in Kazakhstan.
Since 2013, he has been managing the Marketing and Communication Department of the Górażdże Group, simultaneously serving as the vice-chairman of the Adisory Board of the Foundation “Górażdże - Active in the Region”. He is actively involved in the work of industry associations, including The Cement Producers Association, the Ready Mix Concrete Producers, and the Polish Green Building Council.
An economist, he graduated from the University of Opole and the Wroclaw University of Economics, as well as from prestigious international development programs. He is an expert in the field of managing sales processes and customer experiences, change management and sustainable development, also as a business coach.
