Ioana Parsons - General Manager of Ipsen Poland since June 2021. Ioana Parsons has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years. As a former associate partner at McKinsey in London, she led large-scale commercial strategy and transformation projects for a range of global pharmaceutical clients. Before Ipsen she worked at Amgen, where she spent 5 years in local, regional and global roles - most recently as Director of the Oncology Business Unit in Italy, and Global Commercial Capabilities Director. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Bucharest with a degree in economics and international business and holds an MBA from London Business School.
