Piotr Kamiński
Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Tempus CUBIS postgraduate studies in management. From 1992 to 2000 he was associated with the Securities and Exchange Commission. From 2000 to 2003 he was vice president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
From 2000 to 2003, he served as chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Central Board of Bids S.A. From 2003 to 2006, he chaired the Supervisory Board of the Bank Leasing Fund S.A. On March 10, 2003, he was appointed as a member of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. to oversee the corporate banking area and served in this capacity until March 2006.
From 2005 to 2006 he was a Member of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S. A. in Warsaw. In the years 2006 -2009, he acted as Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Pocztowy S. A. In addition, from 2006 to 2008 he was Chairman of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 2010 to 2011, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Supervisory Board Committee of PZU S.A. for IPOs. From 2011 to 2013, he served as a member of the Board of Directors at Totalizator Sportowy.
From 2020 to 2022, Vice President-CFO of Wielton Group S.A.
Since 2006, Treasurer, Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Employers of Poland.
He is currently a member of the Council of the Polish Audit Supervision Agency and President of the Polish Branch of the Alumni Association of the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona.
