Event Registration and Participant Account

1. Where can I register for the event?

Registration is available on the event website under the Registration tab.

2. Can I register in any other way?

Registration is only available online (via the event website). We do not accept registrations by email or telephone.

3. What is the registration deadline?

Registration for on-site participation is open until 22 January 2027 at 3:00 p.m.
Registration for online participation in the conference programme is open until 25 January 2027 at 4:00 p.m.

4. How does the registration process work?

After visiting the Registration section of the event website, please review the information about the available participation packages. Create an account by providing your email address.

• I already have an account:
If your email address is already registered in our system, you will be prompted to log in using your existing password. If you do not remember your password, please use the "Recover Password" option.
After logging in, please verify your personal details and select the thematic sessions you wish to attend. Once you have saved your details, you will be redirected to your registration status page (New – awaiting approval by the Organiser).

• I do not have an account:
If you do not have an account in our system, you will need to create one by entering your personal details and setting a password. Once you have provided the required information, an activation code will be sent to your email address (please also check your SPAM folder). After activating your account, select the thematic sessions you wish to attend and complete your event registration.
Once you have saved your details, you will be redirected to your registration status page (New – awaiting approval by the Organiser).

5. What is an activation code?

An activation code is used to activate a newly created account. It is a six-digit numerical code sent to the email address provided during registration.

6. How can I log in to my account?

To log in again, go to the Registration tab, click Register, and then select the Your Account option in the top-right corner.

7. How can I change or correct my participant details?

The Edit Details option is available in your participant account.

8. Is participation in the event free of charge?*

The Organiser decides whether to grant free participation based on the registration application, provided that the applicant consents to receiving marketing communications. Participants who do not wish to give such consent are offered a paid participation option under the terms specified during registration.

Free participation is available to:

Members of the management boards of companies operating in the following industries: energy producers and distributors, energy fuels and chemicals, defence industry, manufacturers of industrial machinery and equipment, construction (general contracting) and infrastructure;
Representatives of companies providing commercial support for the event;
Speakers;
Award winners.

9. Is selecting sessions mandatory for conference participants?

Yes, selecting sessions is mandatory. You will not be able to proceed to the next steps of registration without making a selection. Please select the sessions you are interested in attending.

10. Can I change my session selections, and how?

The Session Selection option is available in your participant account.

11. How can I cancel my participation?

The "Cancel My Participation" option is available in your registration account.

12. Will I receive any further information after my registration has been confirmed?

We will send an email containing organisational information to the address provided during registration. The message will be sent a few days before the event and will include a barcode that you should either print or display on your mobile device for scanning.

13. When will I be able to purchase an additional conference package?

You will be able to purchase a package once your registration has been verified. Information about the available purchase options will be included in your confirmation email.

14. How can I purchase the Standard or Premium Package?

Your registration confirmation email will contain special links allowing you to purchase a package. Three payment methods are available: downloading a pro forma invoice, payment via Przelewy24, or payment by card.

15. How long will it take for my status to change after purchasing a package?

Your status will be updated once the Organiser has received and processed your payment.

16. Can I purchase a conference package on the day of the event?

Yes, this will be possible by paying with a card or requesting an invoice after the event (the invoice will be issued based on a declaration).
